What is coworking?
It is the collaboration between self-employed people or people working for various employers by working out of a shared office location.
Do I need a private office or office suite?
A private office is a fully furnished office within a shared workspace. Your office is only accessible to you, and is available 24/7 with keyfob access. An office suite is an unfinished, self contained unit. These are generally larger and can accommodate larger teams.
How do meeting spaces work?
Some of our shared workspaces have meeting rooms – some do not. For those in spaces with meeting rooms, each meeting room is available on a shared calendar for availability and booking.
Do I need to have rental insurance?
We do not require proof of insurance for our private offices or dedicated desks. Office suites however do require proof of insurance, and it is recommended for all of our members.
